Richard Edelman “responde” ao mais recente livro de Philip Kotler, “Marketing 3.0”, e rejeita a caracterização feita às Public Relations.
“I reject the characterization of public relations in this book. It is degrading and deeply flawed. Our job in PR is not to deflect and defend. PR is not window dressing. PR informs and connects companies/organizations with the new expectations of consumers, NGOs, employees and others in the stakeholder society.”
